I placed my order on December 27, 2022. Now it's January 17, 2023, and I STILL haven't gotten my stuff. I shot them an email at the start of the new year, and it took more than a week to get a response. They promised my order would arrive by last Saturday, January 14, 2023, but STILL nothing! I'm really let down since I've shopped with them before and had no issues.

I got just a part of my order for the Quebra Pedra Tea bags, since the other item, the Best Choice Vit D3 & K2 Oral Spray, was marked as crossed out! So, I had to shoot off an email and got a pretty quick reply confirming that the rest of my order would come later.

"Looks like there was a hiccup..."
I reckon there might be an issue with the order process. I got a notification saying the product was en route, complete with a Royal Mail tracking number. After waiting over two weeks since it was sent out, I called to check and found out the item was actually out of stock, and they had already refunded me.
